So, it has been a year since I have been on here.  But I am not sure who still on xanga.  Nothing much has changed...except I am in my last sememster of college!!! I am graduate May 10th!!  I am very excited about getting out of school but not so excited about actually getting a real job.  I am not sure where I will be working at yet but I am planing to stay in North Carolina for at least a year and then who knows. I am excited to see where I will be.  Well that is pretty much it...

Finally, a break from school!  I finished my first semester of nursing school!  This was the toughest sememster ever but the Lord is good and he is the only reason I made it through it.  Thank you Lord!  I have been so busy with school that christmas break seems weird because I have nothing really to do but rest.  My mom and I are going to make our famous greek cookies tonight and going shopping tomorrow.  I have really missed spending time with my mom.  This semester I have not been able to come home as much because of all my studying.  She understands but I know she misses me.  God is good and I am going to have a relaxing Christmas break.  I hope everyone has a blessed Christmas and New Year!!

So wow I am really bad about adding post.  I am in Nursing school, which is one reason I never have time to post.  I barely have time anymore to check my email.  I really love nursing school even though it is hard.  The hardest is Pharmacology. To many drugs to memorize!  But the Lord is my strength and he has gotten me through it!  The first part of the semester has been tests every week. Now only a couple more tests and then huge papers, like 10-30page papers.  Nursing takes up almost all my time.  Usually I am in the library studying or sleeping.  I have set aside time to lead a ladies discipleship group.  There are 4 girls that come along with a girl that is co-leading with me.  On of the girls that comes is from South Korea.  She is awesome and has an wonderful heart for the Lord but she has to go back in the spring.  God has blessed me with wonderful relationships with them.  I love seeing them grow.
Oh yea I went to Ecuador this summer! It was a wonderful trip.  I got to give my first shot!!  It was sad for the little boy who received it but exciting for me.  The most interesting thing that happen on the trip was a man came to our clinic and he had TB.  His wife and daughter died a year early and he came needing the treatment for TB.  Well, we didn't have the treatment because for one, the treatment is really expensive and we wouldn't have been able to bring into the country.  It was hard to tell him we didn't have the treatment, when we told him that, his eyes just dropped and he was sad.  I started crying because I realized medicine doesn't always help people, the only true answer is Jesus Christs saving grace.  I enjoy caring and helping people who are sick but if they don't know Jesus it is almost pointless.
I will try to better update.  GOD BLESS

OK....A lot has happen in 3 months.  School is very busy and I have had to make a lot of big decisions lately.  Over Spring Break I got into a car accendent.  My mom was driving, my toyota camery, and I was in the back seat with our pastors son and my pastor was in the passenger seat. Anyways, it was not our fault, the other guy was trying to turn left through three lanes of traffic and we were in the far right lane.  We didn't see him and he didn't see us.  My mom was the only one to get hurt but only some bad bruises on her arms and chest because the airbag had deployed.  All this happen the Saturday before I was supposed to come back from spring break.  My car was considered totaled.   The other guys insurance gave me a rental car so that I could come back to school.  So now I am looking for a car. All last week I was dealing with the insurance company....they were nice but difficult expecially because this is my first time dealing with stuff like this.  On top of dealing with car stuff last week.  I found out about the nursing program.  I am on the waiting list again.  Last week was not a good week for me.  This week is better.  I still don't have a car but I did get to find out that the spot I have on the waiting list, in years past has gotten into the program.  The Nursing program at my college only excepts 60 people into the program every year.  So you have to apply.  They look at your gpa, verbal sat, and an essay you write.  They compile those scores and rank you...the top 60 get into the program.  They have a waiting list because a lot of people who apply have applied to other schools also, so they might not want to go to this nursing school, so when they decline, the program pulls someone on the waiting list.  So hopefully that will happen to me.  I know that God has a plan for me and wether that is nursing or something else, it will happen in his timing.  I am excited that I get to wait a little bit longer.  "Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength and mount up on wing of eagles."!!!  I still get to go to Ecuador in May!  I am really excited!!!!  So in other news. Me and my roomate are looking to move on campus for this summer and next year! We still don't know anything.

God is good and his LOVE ENDURES FOREVER!!
